The most disappointing money I’ve spent was with this company. They sent a small truck that clearly wasn’t suitable for my move — I’m not sure if they don’t have larger ones or just didn’t plan properly. Despite there being a street with easy access to my apartment, they parked far away, causing unnecessary delays, and even asked me to help carry items. Absolutely amazing! 2nd time using this company n everything went so smoothly. I thought parking would be an issue but the guys knew their trucks capabilities and parking rules so well. Collecting things from 5 stories & an underground basement (3 levels), they got it done in no time n I didn’t even have to lift a finger. I used Man with a Van twice to move house and those men are the absolute best. Polite, friendly, helpful and patient. I needed help with placing and finding the perfect spot for the furniture as I can't move them alone, and so they happily moved and tried different positions for the furniture before I was happy with the spots. Highly recommend Man with a Van. Thanks to Jackson, Simon and Maxx.
