Guys were on time and really made sure all of our things were wrapped and secured properly. They were so quick too, no mucking around or dragging their feet. Price was excellent for the quick, safe service they gave. Will only use them as my movers if/when we move again.
Take photos of all your electronics, including your tv, and have them on when they arrive to collect as proof they are working. Otherwise you don't stand a chance to recover funds from this company when they damage your goods during transport.
The most disappointing money I’ve spent was with this company. They sent a small truck that clearly wasn’t suitable for my move — I’m not sure if they don’t have larger ones or just didn’t plan properly. Despite there being a street with easy access to my apartment, they parked far away, causing unnecessary delays, and even asked me to help carry items. Absolutely amazing! 2nd time using this company n everything went so smoothly. I thought parking would be an issue but the guys knew their trucks capabilities and parking rules so well. Collecting things from 5 stories & an underground basement (3 levels), they got it done in no time n I didn’t even have to lift a finger. I used Man with a Van twice to move house and those men are the absolute best. Polite, friendly, helpful and patient. I needed help with placing and finding the perfect spot for the furniture as I can't move them alone, and so they happily moved and tried different positions for the furniture before I was happy with the spots.
