Had a terrible experience with this organization I had a chest of drawers moved they knocked a picture off the wall and damaged it Staff said they didnt know their bosses name to.give us ,they didnt give an invoice and when we rang the boss he refused to take responsability and didnt care about the damage and would not rectify it He said he didnt care about how his customers felt or the damage his staff had done Big mistake going with them Man with a van much more professional and cover any damage they cause
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! They will damage your property and take no responsibility for it. They have terrible customer service. The manager of Man with a Truck, Jim Aja Warnakulasuriya, does not care about his customers and said outright that he does not care about bad/good reviews. Jim spent the afternoon avoiding phone calls and when he finally did answer he blamed everyone else for the damage caused during the move and said the company will not compensate us for it. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY... Three days ago Wednesday 6 September 2023, I talked over the phone to one of their staff named Keiran to book a removalist. He text messaged me confirming their service this coming Tuesday 12 September. The team were lovely, professional and helped us move our furniture despite the store messing up and having to go back and forth. Can't reccomend them enough!
