Worse small car rental place in Durham city. After using there car for 1 month an half.. these people are saying I have to replace an engine. I have never heard of a car rental company that after using a car u have to pay for engine.. not only that they took. $1400 of my money an don't want to pay it bk.. Court case coming right up! Further more the female owner is very rude, discourteous, and insolent. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL FIND SOMETHING FOR U TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR..!!!! READ THE REVIEWS

Worst experience ever. These people are crooks. I rented a car back in august and was told my 1000$ deposit would get released after 45 days .. I’ve been fighting with the company to return back my deposit to this day. They were Trying to pin parking tickets on me with no proof of tickets .. when I called.. when I looked up the tickets myself by calling city of Toronto , they found the ticket and it was from July, before I knew they even existed , from a whole different person. They rented me a terrible car that broke down 3 times and wouldn’t compensate what I paid. Definitely don’t recommend. Call Avis.
