On the last night of an incredible van camping trip, we got stuck in some really tricky sand late at night. We spent about an hour desperately digging. It was looking pretty hopeless, so we started reaching out to some vehicle retrieval services. Soon enough, Rauh was in his way to save the day. Teddy is the absolute best!! From the very start he was so communicative and went out of his way to help me get tires in Bishop. He even drove all the way to the middle of nowhere to rescue my car from a super gnarly spot where most tows would not even try. He truly went above and beyond to make it work! I cannot thank him enough for all his help. If you ever need any assistance in Mammoth call Teddy first - you won’t regret it! Super awesome positive energy through it all. Thank you so much Teddy!

I can't emphasize how incredible this service was in a time of need. A stupid east coast attempt to turn around on the side of the dirt road left my front left tire in a pit of soft silt and my AWD was stuck and only getting more stuck. After surveying the off-road towing companies in the region (I had time, but not money), Teddy had the best price and urgency to get me unstuck. These guys were responsive and fast, considering the predicament I was in. Unfortunately I got stock on a thick patch of snow off roading. Fortuantely, I did have cell service so I was able to get ahold of Theodore. He was there to the rescue within an hour and was able to get me out so I could drive back to my campsite. Great comms on updating his status on the way out. Will definitely save his number for future adventure in the Mammoth Lakes area.

Teddy is an absolute legend! I was completely stuck in deep sand by my own doing — stranded and stressed! I spent hours on the phone with AAA, who straight up refused to help me, even though I’m a member, and then again with my insurance company.
