I rang for advise for my Turbo Creo SL Comp 2021 Carbon Electric Road Bike, I spoke with James. He was very helpful and polite and he knew the answer of the top of his head! Now I am back on the road and all it took was a small battery, which I was very relieved! Knowledge is key! Thank you very much, I will definitely recommend and will use their service again.
I guess I gotta give this store and its owners 5 Stars. I’ve been a cyclist all my life, starting in the 1960s. Won my first Cyclo Cross in 1981 and again in 1982, 84, and 86 using a “Module 3” hybrid bike (Modifications made). I’ve rode so many different bikes but I think this will be my last bike. Bought a fabulous bike from this play that cost me just shy of a grand. Rides like a dream and it’s nice and light. Sadly I have squeaky front brakes. Hydraulic or not I don’t need squeaky brakes. Took it back after a few days of use and asked them to sort the squeaky brake as it’s a brand new bike. Guy might as well have told me to F off. The look on his face when he said I’d have to wait a week to get it looked at. Funny when you first buy it they tell you to bring it right back if you have any issues.
