STRONGLY recommend AVOIDING Richard Mamer CPA. Family was clients for over 30 years until this year when Richard tossed papers across the desk in 'disgust' because my elderly parents created a family trust to help protect their assets. He was angry that he wasn't consulted and refused to complete their taxes because of HIS personal opinion on trusts and protecting assets.
