I went in to pay my taxes and the lady was so lovely made me feel relaxed and not as anxious as I was. I had already called them a couple times past week just checking to make sure I had was right because I was so nervous because I was behind but I got to end in time and it was a pleasure for them to serve me. Great job.
BEWARE - This tax office LOVES to rip off the local taxpayers. TWICE now, the mailed my tax bill to the wrong address, bill didn't get here until it was LATE, forced me to pay a late fee, or it would just be a bigger late fee and even though it is not your fault, you MUST pay. They do not call you back when you want to discuss it, and the person who is the tax collector will not speak to the taxpayer personally.
