I loved this place it was so nice and peaceful and the instructor was amazing
This yoga studio is a smallish outbuilding on a farm; its clean, roomy and pleasant, not too hot, not too cold. It's a very nice 10 minute drive from my house in East Temple, with lots of wildflowers and farm land. It's such a calming experience to be at the farm; seeing and hearing the wonderful animals and flowers. There are a few little gardens surrounding the studio too. This place is great! The instructors and community they've built are really kind.
Yoga and Lifestyle. Expertly integrated rationales and practical applications of both the poses and lifestyle, sets this studio apart from others. Most importantly, for the adult practitioner, it is appropriate for the lifespan with instructors that integrate variations and props to assist everyone in achieving THEIR potential. And that's what yoga is about. Nice variety in types and themes keep the classes interesting.
