I have been seeing Shawna for Maya fertility massages from the beginning of my pregnancy journey. Shawna is amazing and truly a healer. She has always been so accurate in pointing out if something is stressing me out by just feeling by body. This pregnancy has been difficult with a lot of pains and aches but I always feel better after my session with Shawna. It is not uncommon for me to cry during the session as I feel so understood by her. I am very grateful for her. She is really an expert at what she does.
Shawna has taken care of me through two pregnancies and in between (2019 to the present). I’ve been lucky enough to benefit from her expanded massage skills over the years. Incorporating Mayan abdominal massage made a big difference with my second pregnancy last year. Mama Bear Massage has helped me with hip pain and tightness, back pain, tight calves, and plantar fasciitis. Genuinely the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Did not feel rushed at all…was so incredibly therapeutic! I am 32 weeks pregnant and gained SO MUCH relief during my appointment!! Seriously so worth every penny.
