Great small town tax service. The employees and owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel like part of the family when you go in to have your taxes done instead of making you feel like you are just another number.

Unless you have very simple taxes, steer clear. I waited for two weeks before calling to check on the status of my taxes. A gentleman answered and said he would talk with my preparer and tell me what was happening. He never called me back, so I called again only to be told they could not prepare my taxes because they were too complicated. I picked up the documents and took them to H & R Block. One week later, I had my completed taxes back with zero issues and no additional document requests.
