I came here to write a review on Malvern Bank customer service. I am experiencing issues with the Card Valet App now for a week. After three emails and two phone calls I am nowhere on getting support. No one seems to understand the app and one group refers you to another group until you circle back to the original contact. They make promises someone will get back to you that go unfulfilled.
