Do not use Seth P. Maltzman and his office… He does not care about you… He’s shown he just cares about himself… This guy is awful at communicating and handles himself very unprofessionally. All he wants is to do the bare minimum and throw you to the side to get to the next client. After my mother passed away, this man reached out to me about distributing a few hundred dollars from a small last bit of inheritance left from an estate account he managed.
