Lotfali was very kind to me, she helped me with my anxieties that I often have when working with legal work and pointed me in the right directions. Speaking to her felt like I was talking with someone who wanted to help me and not just make a quick buck out of me. Highly recommended!
Very confusing and unprofessional experience. The storefront name and company name don’t even match, which already feels sketchy. I called several times during work hours and no one answered, no call back. Finally showed up in person, and surprise: no notary available during business hours. Why would a notary office require an appointment for mainly such basic 2-minute services? If you can’t actually provide notary services reliably during open hours, what’s the point of advertising as a notary?
Malti is very kind, considerate and helpful. She handled my papers with care and provided a very good rate. I highly recommend her for any notary needs.
