PLEASE DON'T DO IT. This is a Disgusting business, they are an unprofessional backyard business and should be reported to consumers affairs. As someone from the pallet Racking industry, there are plenty of reputable companies that are honourable, THIS IS NOT ONE. If you deal with Josh Malouf, good luck as he will do or say anything to get your money.
I bought 2 shelves in the store today. After shipping them back to the company, I found that 3 shelf feet were missing. I went back to ask for 3 shelf feet that were the same as the old shelves, but they only gave me 3 feet that were different from the old shelves. It was a very bad shopping experience.
Fair and kind. Had loads of options to choose from. Sorted me out easily. Definitely recommend Malouf’s.
