Horrible management
Placed an order for disposable respirators back in February 25th. Received e-mail February 28th from Lori that product could be pushed back until September and if I still wanted to place the order. Spoke to Lori on the phone March 2nd (next available business day) and told her to proceed with the order, as they will still be needed. Sent a follow up e-mail October 7th asking when product will ship, response was, "After sending out 4 emails without any response this order was canceled." The owner, Garrett, helped me find a respirator with a specific type of cartridge. He went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. I definitely recommend them for all your safety needs. I also delt with a couple other members of the staff and everybody did a great job. Couldn't be happier.
