Insanely sad, they only take people that are of harm to themselves or someone else. They sent my manic husband in a full blown Psychosis away on Saturday evening . Had to take him to the hospital Sunday morning that locked him in a room and sent him straight to Mallory again. They will medicate him on a hold and spit him out AGAIN!. Trying to find a place that will hold him and help him not just medicate and discharge home or to another facility that will do the same thing. The following people actually care about your well-being and it shows in their actions. The first person I encountered was Randall, one of the nurses. So professional and genuine. My experience was great. I went with my boyfriend and we both got clean and we are glad we came here. I do have a comment about the blue hair girl that works mostly in unit C, she got my boyfriends information while he was in the rehab, and when he got out, she looked him up on social media and messaged him inappropriate things. Your workers should not be getting patients info while they're detoxing and contact them outside of the facility, super odd and creepy. This place is insane. Drove a friend here from Reno. Friend was drinking a 12 pack a day, almost daily, was self harming, and going through withdrawls, shaking etc. 100% willing to do a program and needed help. They admitted them at around 8 pm with a BAC, after having us go to the ER for medical clearance, which was granted, but at 11pm when they were in a bed and already asleep a counselor kicked them out bc their BAC was 0, they told them they didn't meet the criteria for AUD treatment.
