Mallard Point had a studio unit available. Move in was easy and quick. Mallard Point was patient with rules new to the new client. Tolerant and understanding. Recently renovated so it looked fresh and new.
The renovations look amazing. The community staff is so friendly and helpful. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Great community atmosphere and lots of community activities for residents!! Would definitely recommend!
The recent renovations at Mallard Point Senior Living have definitely made a difference. The building looks fresher and more modern, especially in the common areas and dining room. It’s brighter, cleaner, and feels more updated overall. There were a few inconveniences during the renovation process, but the staff did their best to keep everyone informed and comfortable. Great facility & great staff! Our dad is so excited to move in!
I have been living at Mallard Point since 9/24. It has been a learning experience. I did not realize there would be several folks living here that should be in an assisted living facility. I also did not realize how hard it would be to fit in with people whom have been here a longer time. However, I am more comfortable after a year with meeting new people. The amenities are great.
