We hit the jackpot with our first time search for a daycare. Only had one concern and the manager Leighan was able to quickly resolve. Sometimes reminders are just needed and it was ok to communicate ! The center unfortunately did not end up working for us with the increase in illnesses at the center during flu season, but wish it did ! Would recommend.
I feel so lucky to have found Knowledge Beginnings. I had a very disheartening experience with another local center, and it makes me appreciate the warm environment and support my son receives at KB. The directors, Leighann and Maureen, are truly wonderful, and his teachers are so inviting, smart, hard-working, and loving. The classroom management is pretty stellar (which isn't easy in a preschool room!), and my son loves the food (they provide all meals and snacks throughout the day, which is a huge plus). Such an amazing school with amazing staff! My kids attended this school and I never once left worried about their well being. I felt my kids were loved and well taken care of. I loved the events that they put together for the children and loved the app that they have for parents to keep up with what the kids are doing. 10/10 recommend
Mall Rd KB is a great place for your children. This was the first daycare we ever took our children to and like most parents I’m sure, we were nervous about the unknowns. Teachers, kids, routines. But this place is the best! My kids attended for two years and we have only one regret, having to move away!!!
