Your receptionist cost you a potential client before I even spoke to a solicitor. When I called to book a consultation with a solicitor, the first thing your male receptionist said was, "You know it's really expensive, right?" I found that incredibly unprofessional, presumptuous and off-putting. I was then told they have extremely limited availability, with consultations weeks away.
