I’m writing to share a very frustrating experience with Malik Law PLLC. This firm has shown a serious lack of professionalism in how they handle immigration cases. I know of two immigrants whose cases have been managed very poorly by this firm. They have not received timely updates, and communication has been almost nonexistent. Rather than meeting with clients directly, the attorney, Ms. Malik, sends her assistant—who seems unfamiliar with the cases and unable to answer even basic questions.
