Despite reading positive reviews from people in similar or exactly the same position as myself. MEJ were not prepared to tackle the 'boys club' as they called it in the ACT. I was assaulted by a senior lawyer in Canberra and when I mentioned this they said they'd help only to call a few weeks later advising the could not proceed. They clammed up very quickly. In my experience absolutely disgusting, cold, condescending. Wow. In my experience I wanted to go with them as I had heard good things I have 7 other firms waiting on me to sign cost agreements as they say my case has high prospects, lol yet this firm have obviously not got the correct information past onto them, are ill equipped or do not know the law, but it was also how I was spoken to. Like utter garbage…..a victim of crime doesn’t need that. That’s my experience anyway.
