Appointment was as expected, on time, and Rachael was welcoming and thorough in her explanations.
Laura is incredible! She is the best massage therapist I've ever used, and Malibu Medspa is blessed to have her on the team. The Medspa is always so peaceful, clean, and inviting. It is also close to my home, which makes the location very convenient. I enjoy my visits every time!

I need to up dated this review since Rachael, the Malibu spa' manager gave me a call after she find out what happend on October 22@1 pm when I went to Malibu spa for a facial. Rashael, gave me a call and she apologized for the way I was treated by one of her staff who not longer works for her. She asked me to go back to get my facial but I was hesitant to go back but I gave them a try and I don't regret it.
