A few weeks ago, I purchased my third Malibu Kayak. The first was a Stealth 12, the second was a Stealth 14, and the latest I ordered is a Tandem 2 Pro. It arrived with a few unexpected blemishes. I brought it to the company’s attention, and they were more than willing to help me resolve this issue. As someone who fishes for a living and is the CEO of a kayak fishing league I have encountered by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. Their product is abysmal and their customer service is even worse. They also do not honor their warranty which is resulting in legal action. Their kayaks (as you can see in the photos) are extremely thin.
