Aside from the candy apple being expired, the staff were very helpful and quickly sorted out a replacement. The baby food and gourmet fruit selection were beautifully packaged and presented.A bit pricey though !!

Poor layout - It’s impossible to see which side of the checkouts to use. There’s a wall of product shelving blocking the view between left and right sides. You go to one side, realise all those checkout are closed, then have to walk past the wall to go to the other side. It’s nonsensical. Also, tired of the staff making comments about things I’m wearing or how I look. Can we just stick to the business side of things and keep it professional?

I purchased a chicken carbonara meal, after heating, there was absolutely no sauce, and just oil in the container. For $14 , extremely disappointing. Won’t be back

Used to be great albeit a touch expensive when Basil had the business but at least the quality was excellent. With the new owners the prices have become extremely expensive and the quality has declined markedly and the portion costs on most other items is simply exorbitant. I walk out empty handed on the very few occasions I even bother going there now.
