Went 4 or 5 times only 1 was good i will not try anymore rest off masseur does not understand from massage or human body .I would do better massage
I came here through a recommendation, but unfortunately the therapist I was supposed to see has quit. I had my session with another therapist instead, and she really needs a lot more training. It felt like mostly oil rubbing with inconsistent pressure. There was also too much walking on areas that weren’t trigger points, so the treatment wasn’t effective. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money.
Probably one of the worst massages experiences I've ever had - was not very relaxing and I came out feeling worst than when I went in. Best to avoid and find a place that understands the human body and the difference between muscles and bones.
Tried this place out because of the raving reviews online. The girl who did the massage was good. But the manager or the owner with short hair was down right rude!! Not a very relaxing end to a decent massage. All thanks to their owner. Wow never experienced this awful customer service. The massage ended 5 mins before and the owner said I had another customer waiting for 30 mins. And then aggressively said what do you want, do you want me to refund you for 5 mins. Shocking service!
I have just ended 5 days of excrutiating pain after attending Mali Massage. I had very tight muscles and tissue around the C7 joint (The bone that sticks out just below your neck). I had tried hot and cold compresses, stretching excercises, NSAID's and Ow fixed it all in an hour. Truly remarkable. I am so relieved this morning, thank you Ow.
