With my recent fall and injury whilst dog walking, I went to see Mark on the advice of my doctor. I had seen him before for another issue, and he always was helpful, professional and knowledgeable at what would be the best way to rectify the problem. He gave me advice with stretching and strengthening exercises, deep tissue massage,(ouch!) and what best to apply for pain relief, along with a pleasant conversation while being treated. I would recommend him, even though I have seen other physio's before, he is the best. Thanky... read more
