I got an email from my bank that my savings acct was on hold, I called & they gave me the number of malen & associates. The debt isn't mine, it is my daughters as she is on my acct as beneficary.I had to fax my savings acct activity & thus far they haven't taken it off hold. This is absurd!! Who in their right mind would give any debt collectors a high rating & this company gets a 0 from me!!

Not bad – Actually, Malen & Associates are ok, not as bad as others collection agencies. The lady Jennifer was very nice speaking to me. The only thing I dislike was the paper was left open taped on my outside door for everyone to see. This is why I didn't give it more stars.

Worst debt collector's ever!!! A Complete FRAUD!!! – This so-called debt collection company is the biggest joke on the planet. My girlfriend got a "judgement" from this company for a credit card debt that wasen't even hers. They wound up garnishing her pay for nearly $3000 before she got hurt and when on worker's comp. They continued to send threatening letters and even left a so-called court summons taped on my parents door wide open (not even in an envelope) for anyone to see. F is For Fact!!!! – This Company Commits perjury on a frequent basis to extort money from private citizens. They waste money pursuing frivolous cases at their client's expense. Malen & Assts. PC is a corrupt enterprise and has many complaints filed against them with the district attorney's office of Nassau County, New York County and Suffolk County and is the named defendant in several federal cases nationwide.

Worst Company and Sorry Excuses for Lawyers – Malen and Associates is the worst company around. They go around fronting as lawyers but they can't produce on shred of evidence proving themselves. They need to be turned over to the FBI for investigation and I they do have a legitimate liscense to practice law they should of thought of that before supply illegal court documentation. They are nothing but racketeers and fraud artists. They should be accountable for their actions instead of hiding behind there bar exam. Screw Em

Rude, dishonest, and overwhelmingly obnoxious! – I received a charge to my bank account from malen and associates. When i called up to question the charges they told me that they have a judgement against me and that I owe them another $32.00. When I questioned who they were and what the judgement was for they told me that it was for the purchase of a gateway computer from 8 years ago. FRAUDULENT COURT DOCUMENTS – COURT DOCUMENTS LEFT HANGING ON MY APARTMENT DOOR CLAIMING "SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT" FROM THE STATE SUPREME COURT - COUNTY OF [COUNTY]. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE FALSE, AS THERE IS NO ACTUAL COURT DATE IN PRINT, AND THEY PUT "WE ARE A DEBT COLLECTOR" IN THE SAME TYPE FACE AT THE BOTTOM. CHARLES CAMPISI OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS WILL BE BOOTED OUT OF OFFICE IF HE DOES NOT TAKE THESE GUYS DOWN – WHEN I LOOK THE WORD "ETHICS" up in a dictionary i do not see a picture of malen and associates, queens police departments, and the judges at 89-17 sutphin blvd.
