I would suggest the owner to make a good website so that people can book rides online or hire good dispatchers/outsource for more efficiency.
Usually not a problem..right on time. This time he never showed. Thankfully & gratefully a cpl that was leaving gave me a ride home. God bless those 2.. Later the driver told me that I had called him at 12:20 am..Walmart closes at 11pm here, in all actuality I called him at 9:30 pm & he agreed to pick me up! I didn't quite understand the situation the next time I had needed a ride home from Walmart! Besides that time, he's usually right on the money!
