Malcolm returned my call promptly. We had a good talk, went over numbers and I could tell he had a very good knowledge of the mortgage industry. Unfortunately due to my personal situation he wasn't able to help me but he gave me great free advice by looking out for my best interest and everything worked out in the end for me. I think it doesn't hurt to give him a call. I wanted to take the time to give Malcolm a good review as he definitely knows mortgages inside and out. I may call him again down the line.
