Malcolm is an old school, straight shooter lawyer with extensive expertise. Have used him for multiple closing and have always been happy with his and Tracy (assistant) work. Don't expect high tech and electronic signature. if you like the personal touch of going to your lawyer to sign paper documents and help a small local business runner from his home, Malcolm is your guy.
We have done several closings with Mr.Taharally, Excellent service. He explain each points before closing. Specially his assistant Tracy is very energetic and always available to answer your questions.
Closed my house successful, on-time, without hassle, and received the keys before anyone else in the lot! Tracy was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. Whenever I called, I was answered, or returned a call shortly after, very responsive. Would highly reccommed! Thank you!!
