Mala Yoga has a beautiful energy once you enter the studio. Its very calm and inviting as you are greeted by the lovely Jaccy. I enjoy their hatha and yin classes very much as attend the studio when I need some balance in my life. The teachings are clear instructions with assistance to wanting to advance or ease into the poses. Highly recommend this space for yoga. Their beach yoga on Saturday mornings are also a relaxing treat near the ocean on south beach!
Male Yoga brings together thoughtful attuned teachers with a beautiful place to practice and breathe. Not sure I want to rave as much as I want to about Mala as the class sizes are delightfully small. Thankfully when word gets out, there is lots of open space to share.
This is possibly the friendliest, warmest yoga studio I’ve ever practiced at. Nick and Jaccy are lovely. The other teachers are fantastic. It’s just a lovely, welcoming place with really nice vibes and good yoga. Would recommend 😃

I absolutely love Jacci’s teaching! I’ve tried other yoga places, but she’s honestly the best. Always so welcoming and full of good vibes. I really love the way she includes meditation and breathing, it makes such a big difference. I didn’t realise how important the breath was until I started practicing with her.
