I've been to Mala several times, most recently for a series of reflexology sessions. This was my first time with reflexology, but I'm finding it so helpful, both for mobility and general wellbeing. Mala is a wonderfully skilled, intuitive, and caring practitioner and has a lot of experience and knowledge. Just a lovely, healing and relaxing experience all round.

Mala’s intuitive approach to massage is extraordinary. Her experience covers a wide range of techniques. When I’ve had acute back pain she chosen to use reflexology which made me feel in safe hands. I was impressed how she pinpoints issues using her tactile skills on my feet to ease tension in my back!
