No one knows condo law like Maglaw knows condo law. My association has been with them for at least 20 years.
Proceeding with collections on a property that isn't owned by us. Called to tell them it must be a mistake and we sold the property years ago and they said they were going to proceed anyways unless we prove the mistake. E-mailed a document showing them they have the wrong person and heard nothing back. Tried calling and left a message with no return call. if we could give zero stars we would... In our experience, opinion and what we learned about this company and Jeffery Vollmer, they seems to be more interested in billing hours rather than the communities they work with. They sent invoices and penalties they should not have and rather than fix it they are penalizing the resident. Instead of removing their “legal fees” they charged because of a mistake they made they charge the resident of the community. Residents and community associations BE CAREFUL!!!!
