Sent a letter in the mail to a family member... took over a week to respond and refused to disclose any details regarding the letter after offering to include the homeowner in the conversation. That level of service is deplorable.
Extortionate fees and overbilling.
2025 update. Still sucks. Bad lawyer. Just not a good Lawyer, simple. My opinion. I would not use them, that's all.. (They wear Crocs, think about it, who wears Crocs?)
