While I have heard good reviews overall of Makover, James Tocco is a sleezy attorney of the highest degree with absolutely no integrity. His representation of a large HOA in Troy is suspect and we’ve caught him in a few fabrications that we are considering addressing in another forum. He most likely will be fired soon but wanted to let people know that, while the firm maintains a good standing, Mr. Tocco brings down the overall rating of this firm.
