I reached out to both usps and epost global and both companies confirmed they did not receive any package from the shipper! Why created a shipping label and not send the package? They can't apologize for bad customer service,i bought oxtails OMG.all bones went back there all.she has to say is OXTAILs are ALWAYS BONES ........that same day i went to the Grand MArt Market i got oxtails same price different story i wish i can upload those pictures......make sure you get good qualities if you want to keep your customers......... really bad attitude and tone 😒
