I've bought quite a bit of gear from Mako over the years but now have a sour taste in my mouth. They do not return correspondence unless you contact them multiple times. I questioned them on a weight belt that broke at the stainless-steel buckle. Josh questioned the age of the belt to which I told them it was a gift, and I didn't know the exact date of purchase, but that the rubber was still fine. Great gear and service. I bought three of their dive parkas for my family. We use them for spring and fall sailing and boating and even late night dog walks when the weather turns really nasty in winter (we live in Chicago). I had to exchange one because I got the wrong size. It took one phone call, they answered right away and told me to just send it in. They sent the replacement the same day the one I sent back got to them.
Dano and his team do a great job. The quality of the products is great and the price is even better. Just purchased a new wet suit and the parka. The suit has good stretch and the parka kept me warm between spots. Everybody was a bit jealous of my big jacket. Keep it up guys and thanks again.
