Ordered photos months ago. No photos were sent. Contact Mako and they said they would look into it. No reply. Sent emails and left voicemail, no reply.
TERRIBLE company I order photos Nov 2023 and still have NOT received!! I have emailed and emailed and cannot get a response - TERRIBLE company do not use them!!

Photos took months to be available to order and then I never received my order. I ordered April 18th, 2023 and still no photos. I've called and emailed several times and submitted a ticket within their website. No response at all. No one answers the phone or returns messages. I just found their page on FB and messaged them there. Not holding my breath that anyone will answer.
Never got a email receipt after I paid for a package. They shipped me the wrong photo package and won’t answer any emails.
