This place is awesome, I had brought a bike in for a tune up that was new to me. I am very new to MTB and had purchased this bike used. The staff there did a very thorough inspection and listed the items on the bike that needed attention. I had them service the bike and when I came to pick it up they walked me through all that they did. They were super informative and very knowledgeable. It is safe to say they have gained me a customer for life and will purchase my next bike from them!

JUST WOW - Went to Maklin to buy a tire for my kids MTB. Super helpful in the selection of the tire for the riding we were doing and the tools needed to make the transfer (I like to fix stuff so buying tools to learn to do it myself are my thing). Got home and it appears the MFG had the wrong size tire in the packaging. There was zero excuses made from Maklin for an issue they DID NOT create. I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. I hadn't been on a bike in 15 years, and they helped me pick out the perfect bike. They even stayed open late so I could test ride it and then order my bike! They had it built quickly once it arrived and it has worked perfectly since then. The owners are so nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough.
