Love having a bike shop in Scandia. The owners are not just local small business owners, they are avid bikers and KNOW their stuff. Helmets, gloves, bikes, maintenance, helpful tips, etc .... So grateful to have them in Scandia!
Unmatched customer service. I had stopped by the shop about two months ago looking for some advice on buying a new bike. The co-owner had been working on a bike, but stopped and spent about an hour thoroughly answering my questions, even though I had made it clear that I was still a ways out from buying a bike, and that I had also wanted to try out some bikes from other brands the shop didn't carry. Very knowledgeable staff and fantastic inventory! It's the best bike shop in MN! I would recommend this shop to anyone.
They sell high-end bikes, but they'll service anything you bring to them at a good price and won't over fix things that aren't necessary. Truly great customer service.
I’m getting back into biking after a 20 year absence. Lots of changes in biking. Shopped NOW, Erics and others. Came across Maklin and this is now my shop. Steve and Lynn know what they are doing, are passionate about biking, listen very well and carry many of the best products. I’m getting two new bikes for me and my wife. Highly recommend!
