I called Makita to enquire about purchasing a part for a drill. The technician I spoke with confirmed that they had the part in stock, informed me of the price,and let me know the hours they were open. Before letting me complete the call, he suggested I first check the tool for certain known issues caused by obstructions of dirt and use of the tool. I did that, and he was right.
