I had an excellent experience at this Makita repair shop. The gentleman I met was extremely kind and helpful—and it turned out he’s one of the co-owners. Even though repairs are normally done by appointment, they went out of their way to accommodate me and had my circular saw repaired the same day. I live all the way down in Miami, but I will absolutely have no problem making the drive to Pompano again because their customer service is that good. Friendly, professional, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommended!
