I understand the move was scheduled on short notice. That’s not my issue. My issue is the behavior. Your team is there to do a job pack, move, and load not to make comments or small talk that come off as disrespectful. You also mentioned that customers are not allowed to help for safety reasons. I had a bad experience with Making Moves Matter. They first said they would come at 3 PM. Then it changed to 4:30, then 7 PM. When they finally came, they went to the wrong address. They went to where my stuff was supposed to go, not where it was being picked up from. One of the workers, Alexander, damaged my wardrobe. He chipped it and then said he would fix it with wood glue, which is not okay. He broke it because he was trying to do too many things at once in the elevator.
