Had them cancel on me thirty minutes before they were supposed to show up for an appointment at the hospital. After speaking with one of their drivers and learning that the previous owner buys businesses and sells them I'm assuming they're victims of vulture capitalism. The drivers are cool - no downsides. Fairly chatty, follow the rules of the road. Nice people but way overworked and underpaid. Chong was especially cool. I'm assuming (in general) that's the case for all of the blue collar people at this company.

I have been a faithful customer of CTS/Making A Way for the past 16 years and have rarely used any other company. That said you know I’ve been satisfied with your services. Conscientious, caring and friendly drivers, efficient and accommodating dispatchers from Joe to Ruthie to Heidi & Joy to name a few over the years. I was always told that if I’m ready to come home from an appointment etc. early, I should call them and if possible they will try to reschedule and earlier return and sometimes can. Making a way is an amazing company.The driver are friendly and caring. this is just another time when Making a way transport came through for me when no one else was able to transport my power chair. They try to do their best to Make a way for people with to do things that they may not otherwise be able to do. I am very thankful to all of those individuals who made it possible for my daughters and I to attend our special event.
