By far the most incredible doctor I have EVER seen! I have been to plenty of doctors - mostly western and Dr Takashima is the most comprehensive and knowledgable. She is very affordable for the service you receive and she approaches problems from a holistic perspective. I was in tears my first appointment with her because of how well she was able to understand my problem and much her approach made sense to me. Can't recommend enough.

I took a heavy metal test and it turned out that I had almost triple the mercury in my body and nearly twice the lead when doing the provocative test. I did a treatment with supplements and C-hydrotherapy. Redoing the provocative test is was just a little over the acceptable limit. I could have done an IV treatment but I felt I had the discipline to do it just with supplements and I think the result was very good. She really took time to listen and find out what I wanted to do.

Skin Issues- I went to see Dr. Takashima back in 2015 for some cyst acne that kept reoccurring, she wanted to test my blood levels, food allergies and take a look into my intestines walls. It was definitely a long process with testing and diet. With her knowledge and my commitment we were able to get to the bottom of my condition and not just put a band aid over my conditions, like most Western Medical Doctors.
