Stopped in on a trip to CO, the lady working was so nice and made sure I had all the same dye lot for my project. The selection of yarn and notions were great and the shop was very cozy!
Such a comfortable environment to sit and knit…and a wonder selection of yarn and supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable employees…so I highly recommend!
I moved to the area a year ago where Maker and Stitch is located. I decided to take up knitting and I am so glad I did because this delightful group of people that work and own the store were so supportive, kind and knowledgeable! It’s a wonderful community!
It’s like the bar Cheers where everyone knows your name except it’s a yarn shop. Come in, work on a project, crochet or knit , and have a great time. Don’t know how to do either?? Take a class and make yourself something and have fun doing so!!
Getting me to write a Google review requires an exceptional experience. Maker + Stitch’s recent hike/knit retreat qualifies in spades. Cathryn, Liza and Patty Lyons (!) are the coolest, nicest, most knowledgeable people in all of KnitTown. If you get the chance to go on a retreat, GO! And in the meantime, visit the shop, support the shop, build community and find out what sparkle Cathryn was knitting up. These women are EXCEPTIONAL humans. And knitters!
