RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called to ask a simple tax question and to possibly become a client of their's. When I asked if I could ask a question they only said "we're too busy and since your not a client I won't answer a question for you" then HUNG UP on me before I could even say that I'd like to become a client, I couldn't even get a word out before she hung up!. The question would have been answered in less than 15 seconds!!! If they would have taken two seconds to talk, they would have heard that I was looking to hire... read more
