RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I called to ask a simple tax question and to possibly become a client of their's. When I asked if I could ask a question they only said "we're too busy and since your not a client I won't answer a question for you" then HUNG UP on me before I could even say that I'd like to become a client, I couldn't even get a word out before she hung up!.
