We cannot recommend Tom highly enough. Our mortgage case was extremely complex, yet Tom handled every stage with impressive efficiency, clarity and patience. The only hiccup we faced was an under-valuation—something completely outside of Tom’s control—but even then he supported us fully and kept us informed throughout. I truly cannot recommend Make Mortgages Easy enough. I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have got a mortgage without Tom and his colleagues and for me, it was a process so close to my heart because of why I needed to purchase the property I’ve bought.
