Tom made the process of sourcing a mortgage for us so easy! Even when a few things changed last minute which caused some scrabbling from all sides, Tom talked us through everything.
Tom and the team were amazing from start to finish. From our first initial call we felt reassured by Tom and he came across as very down to earth and trustworthy. My partner and I had only been back living in the UK for one year after living abroad for 11 years. One of us self employed and the other in a fixed term role, with limited credit history in the UK, we were unsure whether it would be possible but 5 weeks later we had our mortgage approved! In my whole life I’ve never had an easier Mortgage Application. I absolutely hate admin, and drag my feet and I’m disorganised with documents. I think it’s quite entertaining that the name “Make Mortgage’s Easy” is 100% the truth as they really did make it so easy for me. Just remortgaged with tom and the team its the 2nd time ive used them Tom will tell you what mortgage your most likely to get then get you it no messing about like others ive spoke to who say theyll get you a better deal then after going through everything say they cant get you the 'better one' they show you. No messing about and a pleasure to deal with.
The team were really helpful, we will definitely be using Tom and the team again
