I went to Tom without hesitation when it come to my mortgage renewal approaching, with my mortgage being on my own with a toddler I new I was in safe hands to take my stress away and everything was handled with ease and even with the solicitors not meeting deadlines ‘shock’ the team happily stepped in to offer support and to be on hold for a long time so I didn’t have to!
