I had an uncomfortable interaction after being dissatisfied with the 5 logo concepts I purchased and politely requesting a refund. They looked like not much interest, time, or energy was spent on the concepts. Brian offered to make revisions but I thought none of them were worth revising. I guess that’s what I get for $600?
