I’ve had an issue with their shipping. One time, I paid extra for expedited shipping, but they still sent it via regular USPS. I placed my order on a Monday, and while a label was created that day, the package still hasn’t been received by USPS—and today is Thursday. They consistently fail to ship packages on time. It’s extremely unprofessional. They seem to ship whenever they feel like it, regardless of what the customer pays for. I paid an additional $20 for expedited shipping, and it didn’t even go out.
This is not serious, I have placed an order for almost 200 dollars worth of products. It’s been more than a week, I was supposed to receive it two days ago but no news. Makari has no customer service whatsoever, you cannot reach anybody. Emails stay unanswered, call as well as and not calls back. This is really unprofessional. Honestly if you have another options for your products go that way because they are unprofessional.
I want to give my review about this product here since Makari stopped my review (and I believe, in tangent, every bad review) from being posted on its website. I used the Naturalle Carrot for over three months without any positive effect on my skin. OMG..I had to write a review. My face use to be spot free, I developed this dark area on my cheek bone Melasma , or sun burn, I tried everything for over a yr..nothing worked. And a lady told me to buy this intense extreme serum and the soap..I was a bit leery.. but I did, and let me tell you …. miracle in one week. I wish I could show the area on my face in 1 week. Amazing product. It’s was $45.00 us for both. It was worth every penny. I see results for the first time in over a yr. Smell is amazing… love love love it..
