Not only did David think out of the box to get me approved quickly, but he was always available to answer questions and gave me really great advice at every turn. Anne diola was a dream to work with. After shopping around we found she had the lowest rates and even was able to waive the origination fee for us. I’m horrible with computers so Anne made sure to text or call me anytime I needed to look in my email, which was super nice. She is also just a delight to work with, she is super nice and understanding and very good at explaining things so I can understand them. After using Anne at Makai I would never go anywhere else .
