Don't waste your time or money. According to this firm, they worked "diligently" on my file. They collected paperwork that I submitted and that is apparently worth $6965.00 according to the ridiculous invoice they finally sent me after I requested a refund for a second time. Even though I paid a flat rate, they made a list of charges such as $175.00 for each email sent and $350.00 per phone call with the assigned attorney regardless of the length. Total Ripoff! They changed their computer system that handles document uploads right after I uploaded everything for my case. They then told me I had to resend everything all over again which made me wonder why they couldn't transfer the information over. I asked for a refund of my 3k deposit because no work had been done on their part at this point.
