Excellent support and communication throughout the process. A little tidbit though. Have the legal aide who's working with the client before the filing, make sure the client has checked with his retirement pensions/accounts before the filing date about the exact date of any direct deposits from these accounts that would affect the balance(s) in his/her bank account(s).
