Extremely frustrated with my experience with Majors Law Group. After repeatedly having to submit personal information and mind you the same items over multiple times, and to get all they way to to the point completing the filing and approval and pay finale file fees, they email stating they are declining further representation. And they did the exact same thing to my In- laws only he paid his filing fee and then they told him that it was declined. Mind you none of this is done via phone call. Only by email or letter. This was a very difficult time for me. Majors law firm helped me get through this .I am not one that is educated on uploading files but the staff were very helpful whenever I needed help. If I left a message a paralegal would respond in a reasonable time frame. Truthfully the whole process is very stressful!! I am so happy I choose this law firm would highly recommend. I’m writing this on behalf of my mom.. she started her filing for bankruptcy in April of 2025 it’s is now July 2026 and nothing still hasn’t been done… every single time they say that they gathered all her information they come back with another email and send a list of things that is needed it’s ridiculous.. they wanted her to pay everything upfront in order to take care of a garnishment that she had.. she fronted the money paid everything in FULL and she still has YET to complete this process.. such a terrible terrible law... read more
