Anita and her team are my go to. I know I will always get the very best of care at Major Movement.
I started using the infrared sauna at Major Movement in Tullamarine to help with inflammation and some of the changes that come with perimenopause. I usually do 45–60 minute sessions a couple of times a week and have really noticed a difference in how I feel — less stiff, more relaxed and generally better in myself. I absolutely love my sauna sessions and the time to myself to completely switch off. Such a great addition to my weekly recovery routine.
I’ve been going to Major Movement for 4 years now, and have only ever saw Anita who is an absolute master at her craft and has helped me get through hell itself when it comes to injury and rehab, but today I decided to change it up and was seen by Sarah instead. Sarah was incredibly attentive, quickly identified what my issues with my knee were and gave me a clear and precise plan to follow through after the session. Major Movement is the only place you need to go if you have any concerns with your body and it’s recovery
I love the vibe of the 9.30 classes. They are relaxed, go at your own pace and the instructions are always encouraging so you can extend yourself if you want to. I particularly enjoy Alex's classes because they blend the challenge and the opportunity to have a laugh and make friends. Major Movement is an amazing space where personality is welcomed and I think everyone can feel supported to do whatever their goal is for exercise participation
