Anita from Major Movement led an incredible online breathwork session for our client Intensive. She guided participants from all over the world, across different time zones, with ease and professionalism. Everyone really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend Anita!
I took my 3 month old to see Sarah Arrowsmith, she had terrible colic and reflux and was referred due to stiffness in her legs and tension in her jaw and neck. We only had 2 treatments home exercises and it made such a difference. My daughter was so much more relaxed. Great osteo.
Overall we have had many great experiences at Major Movement. With Anita, who always takes the time to explore what concerns you have before starting a massage or Pilates class. Anita provides excellent suggestions to help manage your concerns. Sarah is especially helpful, she treated my 12yo daughter who had complained of shoulder pain, I spoke to Sarah who suggested I bring her in.
